Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager, based in the Guwahati metropolitan area. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities within the assigned territory of Assam, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring targets are met. The role also involves providing customer service, conducting training sessions for clients or team members, and developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience in conducting Training for clients or internal team members
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends and developing strategic sales plans
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead a team to achieve shared goals
- Experience in the technology or IT services industry preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
