Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager, based in Indore. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing key customer relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies in the assigned region. Daily responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, delivering training and support to clients and sales teams, ensuring excellent customer service, and overseeing the achievement of sales targets. The role also involves coordination with internal teams to facilitate seamless product and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals
- Strong communication and customer service skills with a focus on building client relationships
- Ability to provide product training and support to clients and team members
- Experience in sales management, including setting and achieving sales goals
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and ability to analyze and report sales metrics
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work under pressure
- Experience in the solar or renewable energy sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
