Role Description
We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Construction chemical and waterproofing div. to oversee sales operations within the Rourkela and near by region. This is a full-time, on-site role, responsible for identifying and engaging new customers, managing and growing territory sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. The role involves executing and monitoring sales strategies, providing product training, analyzing market trends, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will focus on building strong client relationships and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and resolve issues
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including developing and executing strategies to achieve targets
- Ability to conduct training sessions to enhance channel network and client understanding of products
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
- Proficiency in market analysis and the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in the agriculture or consumer products industry is an added advantage
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
