Role Description
The Territory Sales Manager is a full-time on-site role based in Kerala, India. The role involves managing and driving sales within the designated territory, building and maintaining client relationships, solving customer queries, and delivering exceptional customer service. This individual will train and guide junior sales staff, develop strategic sales plans, achieve sales targets, and provide regular reports to management to ensure business growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills to address client needs effectively and build relationships.
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including setting and achieving targets within a specific territory.
- Ability to train and mentor team members to enhance overall sales capabilities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills for strategic planning and client engagement.
- Proven track record of meeting goals in a competitive sales environment.
- Williness to work on-site in Kerala, India and travel within the assigned territory as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
