Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Territory Sales Manager for an on-site position based in Gorakhpur. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive sales and build strong relationships with clients in the assigned territory. The candidate will be expected to identify new sales opportunities, manage customer accounts, provide training to clients or agents, and achieve sales targets. Additionally, they will work on enhancing customer satisfaction and contribute to overall business growth in the region.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed targets.
- Ability to deliver effective Training to clients, agents, and team members to ensure knowledge and skill development.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in financial services or related industries is beneficial.
