Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Roorkee for a Territory Sales Manager. The Territory Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, manage relationships with channel partners, and ensure sales targets are achieved within the designated territory. Responsibilities include training and supervising sales representatives, maintaining strong customer service standards, and analyzing market trends to develop effective sales strategies. You will work collaboratively to drive business growth while upholding the company’s vision of transparent and accessible financial solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively address client needs and maintain professional relationships
- Proven experience and abilities in Sales and Sales Management roles
- Capable of providing effective Training and mentoring to sales teams
- Strategic mindset to analyze market trends and develop actionable sales plans
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and managing sales data is preferred
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in the financial services industry is an advantage
