Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager, based in Gandhidham. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the sales lifecycle. The role also includes conducting training sessions, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to meet strategic goals and market demands.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales, Sales Management, and achieving sales targets.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain relationships.
• Experience in Training and guiding sales teams effectively.
• Strategic thinking and ability to identify and capitalize on business development opportunities.
• Leadership qualities and problem-solving skills; previous team management experience is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience in the tools or manufacturing industry is beneficial.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to market changes.
