Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager at Greenlam Industries Ltd., located in Chennai and Trivandrum. The Territory Sales Manager will oversee sales activities within an assigned territory, build and maintain relationships with Primary and Secondary Sales identify and pursue new business opportunities, and ensure product knowledge through regular training sessions. The role also involves analyzing sales data, crafting strategies to achieve targets, and ensuring excellent customer service to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service for engaging with clients and internal teams.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management for achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to conduct Training sessions to enhance the performance of distributors and dealers.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficient in using CRM tools and sales data analysis.
- Familiarity with surface solutions or construction material industry will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory to meet with clients and stakeholders.
