Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Patna for a Territory Sales Manager. The individual will be responsible for driving sales within the assigned territory by identifying potential clients, developing relationships with healthcare providers, and promoting Forus Health’s products. Additional responsibilities include achieving sales targets, conducting product demonstrations, supporting clients with training, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and contributing to strategic business development initiatives within the region.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to present effectively and build lasting relationships with clients.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and driving business growth.
- Experience in training clients or teams on product use, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage a designated territory efficiently, with problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Knowledge or experience in medical devices, eye care, or healthcare technology is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is desirable.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
