Job Description:
· The role reports to the ZM – Ops and Profitability · Responsible for Enrolments & franchise development of FIRSTCRY Pre-School.
· The candidate requires excellent skills to communicate, Build Quick rapport, ability to influence to a potential Business Partner.
· The candidate will be responsible for brand building & marketing impacting enrolments targets. Key Deliverables
· Single point of contact for the Business Partner and Coordinating with him for smooth function of Franchise Operations
· Identification of potential segments in the city for conducting activities to increase footfall · Organize new initiatives and determining marketing activities for the same.
· Brand Building of the school in the target markets. · Ensuring Safety processes and delivery are of the best quality as per the company standards.
· Visiting and Inspecting the centers with respect to the training imparted. · Monitor market Intelligence within the industry in terms of market Development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers etc.
· Organising BP meets/Conclave.
· Regular Audits /Lost enquiry/Market survey/Catchment analysis.
· Meeting enrolment targets month on month.
Employee Profile Mandatory
· Graduate / Master’s Degree with 3+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing role.
· Ability to communicate, present effectively with all the Business Partners & Customers. Desired Skills & Qualities · Should have good knowledge about the territory
· Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
