Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jalpaiguri Town and Malbazar for a Territory Sales Manager. The role involves overseeing District sales operations, building and maintaining excellent relationships with channel partners, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities include coordinating promotional initiatives, guiding and training sales teams, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the territory.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and resolve issues.
- Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management to drive performance and meet business targets.
- Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams to improve their efficiency and productivity.
- Ability to analyze metrics and implement strategies tailored to market demands.
- Proven leadership and organizational skills to manage and oversee territory operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the banking or financial services sector is an advantage.
