Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Deoghar as a Territory Sales Manager. The role involves managing and driving sales within an assigned territory, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, and identifying opportunities for growth. Responsibilities include leading and training sales teams, building relationships with merchants, ensuring excellent customer service, and regularly reporting on performance metrics to meet organizational goals.

- Strong skills in Sales, Sales Management, and achieving business targets
- Proficiency in Customer Service and maintaining client relationships
- Effective Communication and ability to engage stakeholders
- Experience in Training and supporting sales teams
- Ability to analyze market trends and implement strategies to increase territory performance
- Proactive problem-solving skills and goal-oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Relevant experience in sales and market development is preferred
