Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager, based in Sitamarhi/Gopalgan/Siwanj. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales within an assigned territory, managing and motivating a team of sales associates, and ensuring top-notch customer service. The role includes identifying potential clients, implementing effective sales strategies, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management with a strong track record of meeting targets and objectives.
- Capability to provide excellent Customer Service and build strong client relationships.
- Training and mentoring skills to develop and guide team members.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Graduation, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with regional markets and customer dynamics in Sitamarhi/Gopalganj/Siwan is an advantage.
