Job details:
This candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel and be able to generate new sales leads on a regular basis. The candidate should be able to keep track of their sales and effectively communicate with other team members while out in the field.
Responsibilities
- -Responsible for 100% AOP delivery. Responsible for primary as well as secondary sales.
- -Responsible for store level execution & implementation of promos at assigned store.
- -Responsible for taking POs and their execution as earliest with 100% fill rate.
- -Responsible for 100% fill rate delivery.
- -Coordination with our internal CFA team and customer DC’s/stores for smooth supplies.
- -Handling issues at store level and resolving on time.
- -Ensuring 100% listed brand/SKU availability at store level.
- -Responsible for getting extra visibility (secondary visibility) at stores with relation at store level.
- -Responsible for maintaining FIFO.
- -Handling DFA’s (promoters) and ensuring that they are delivering 100% target every month.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree must have & MBA will be preferred
- 4- 5 years of sales experience into Modern Trade & operations
- Strong work ethic and communication skills
- Ability to travel in order to do business
