Role Description
The Territory Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based out at Mumbai /Ahmedabad/Delhi. The responsibilities include driving sales growth within the assigned territory, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and effectively promoting Dürr Dental products to meet sales targets. The individual will train and support customers on product usage, provide exemplary customer service, and manage the sales process from lead generation to post-sales support. Additionally, they will contribute to the execution of sales strategies and collaborate with the team to achieve regional goals.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Dental Equipments/Consumable Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Experience in Training customers and effectively presenting product features and benefits
- Ability to operate in a dynamic environment, work independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Prior experience in the dental or healthcare industry would be an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s /Diploma degree in Engineering/ Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum-2-5 Yrs hard core Dental products sales experience with strong delaer and customer connect.
