Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana for a Territory Sales Manager. The individual will be responsible for driving sales, achieving revenue targets, and expanding market share within the designated territory. Responsibilities include maintaining and building relationships with distributors, retailers, and key partners, managing sales data and reports, conducting market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring the effective implementation of sales strategies. The candidate will also oversee the execution of promotional activities and provide support to the sales team to align with organizational goals.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in sales, business development, and client relationship management
  • Proficiency in market analysis, data reporting, and strategic planning
  • Proven negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with teams while maintaining a results-oriented focus
  • Knowledge of the paints or building material industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Willingness to work on-site in Ludhiana and travel within the designated territory
