Job Title: Territory Sales Manager (TSM) – Andhra Pradesh.
Experience: 5-8 years.
Location: Andhra Pradesh.
Reports to: Regional Sales Manager (South India).
Industry: Construction Chemicals & Protective Coatings.

With our new line of products that meet industrial standards from all over the world (USA – AWWA C222, France – ACS, UK – WRAS, Europe – EN 10290 / 15655 / 15189, etc.), we are looking to expand more aggressively into newer markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Be based in Andhra Pradesh and travel to other South India territories as required by the RSM – South or project demand.
- Work closely with the RSM – South to achieve regional sales targets and market growth in Andhra Pradesh region.
- Develop and execute sales plans to improve market penetration and project conversions.
- Identify, onboard, and manage applicators, consultants, architects, and project influencers.
- Generate leads through site visits, references, and industry networks.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and bids as per project and client requirements.
- Engage with consultants, contractors, and applicators to promote product specifications and approvals.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
- Perform site inspections, sampling, mock-ups, and provide pre- and post-sales technical support.
- Resolve application-related issues in coordination with applicators and internal teams.
- Candidate must possess a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler for local travel requirements.
- Drive market development including remedial, rehabilitation, direct, government, industrial, and commercial projects.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, pipelines, and dashboards.
- Ensure timely payment collections and healthy receivables.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of waterproofing, flooring systems, or construction chemicals.
- Technical aptitude for on-site problem-solving and application support.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to targets.
