Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Territory Sales Managers to drive business growth in assigned territories through direct sales and channel partner management. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical sales expertise, solution-selling capabilities, and exposure to industrial heating systems, boilers, or related applications.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
- Achieve Annual Business Plan (ABP) sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Drive revenue growth through direct customers, dealers, OEMs, and channel partners.
- Monitor sales performance regularly and implement corrective actions wherever required.
Market Development
- Ensure strong market penetration across industrial sectors and geographical regions.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
- Generate and manage a strong enquiry pipeline.
- Coordinate with marketing and dealer teams for lead conversion and demand generation.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of business opportunities.
Customer Engagement & Solution Selling
- Understand customer operational challenges and energy requirements.
- Promote solution-based selling by demonstrating technical and commercial benefits.
- Suggest plant upgrades, performance improvements, and energy-efficient solutions.
Channel & Dealer Management
- Develop and strengthen relationships with dealers, OEMs, consultants, and key accounts.
- Review dealer performance and provide training/support for business growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of Boilers, Burners, Heaters, or Industrial Heating Systems.
- Hands-on experience in Concept Selling / Solution Selling.
- Knowledge of Industrial Applications and Energy Management.
- Experience in handling OEMs, Consultants, and Channel Sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
