- Ensure ACG Capsules is registered in the developmental stages
- Ensure qualification of ACG Capsules in the TSE segment which are exclusively commercial with competition
- Generate and qualify leads for existing and NPO’s
- Prepare regulatory business development action plans and schedules
- Communicating with Customers, R&D & Regulatory departments for new and existing clients
- Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
- Respond to Technical / Regulatory inquiries and concerns
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
- Conduct market intelligence
- Develop and maintain a customer database
- Prepare Annual Budget for the territory and achieves targeted Sales volumes
- Ensure price realization
- Ensure collection from the Customer as per the credit limits
- Obtain / update market information of the customers and competitors in order to frame an appropriate strategy
- Identifies potential customers and develop them for commercial requirement
- Regulatory support to customers
- Build rapport with consuming locations based at territories assigned
