Role Description
The Territory Sales Manager/Area Sales Manager role is a full-time, remote position for the Medical Division of SLTL Group-Interventional Cardiology. The role involves developing and maintaining positive relationships with medical professionals, including distributors and hospital personnel. Other tasks include providing detailed product information, forecasting sales projections, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences/Commerce/Pharmacy, engineering or business administration
- Two to three years of relevant sales experience within the medical industry. Experience in Interventional Cardiologgy will be given preference.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Demonstrated skills in problem-solving, decision-making and managing multiple priorities
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience using CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
- Fluency in English is a requirement. Knowledge of one or more local languages of the region would be an added advantage
- Familiarity with medical equipment and terminology
