Role Overview
We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager – School Partnerships who will be responsible for introducing SALCI to schools, generating qualified leads, conducting product demonstrations, and closing institutional partnerships.
This role requires someone who understands school ecosystems and institutional sales.
Key Responsibilitie
- School Outreach & Lead Generation
1. Identify and approach CBSE, ICSE, and private schools in the assigned territory.
2. Build relationships with principals, academic coordinators, and school management.
3. Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Product Demonstrations
1. Conduct structured product demos for school leadership teams.
2. Clearly communicate the value of SALCI’s academic intelligence system.
- Sales Conversion
1. Convert qualified leads into institutional partnerships.
2. Manage the complete sales cycle from introduction to closure.
- Relationship Management
1. Maintain ongoing relationships with partner schools.
2. Collect feedback from schools and share insights with the product team.
- Market Intelligence
1. Track education policy updates and school requirements.
2. Identify emerging opportunities within the school ecosystem.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience: 2–6 years in institutional sales
Preferred background:
- Educational publishing
- School ERP / EdTech sales
- Olympiad or academic program sales
- Institutional education products
Skills required:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Relationship-building with school leadership
- Structured thinking and follow-up discipline
- Ability to travel and conduct field visits
