Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager – School Partnerships, located in India. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with school administrators and other stakeholders, promoting Abrocare’s products and services, and managing the sales pipeline. The role also involves developing strategies to achieve sales targets, providing training for school representatives, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure successful partnerships. Travel to meet clients and conduct presentations will be required.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills to establish and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Customer Service experience to address client needs and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ability to deliver impactful Training sessions for school representatives and stakeholders
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in using sales CRM software or tools is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the education industry or institutional sales is advantageous
