Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to strengthen our Sales & Marketing team in Solan. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and growing sales within the assigned territory across Himachal Pradesh, building strong dealer/distributor networks, and ensuring consistent business growth for MaxxGro Agrology Limited.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve territory-wise sales targets and drive consistent revenue growth
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with farmers, dealers, distributors, and retailers
- Conduct product demonstrations, field visits, and sales exhibitions to promote MaxxGro products
- Leverage in-depth product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions to customers
- Negotiate and close deals efficiently to maximize sales conversions
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead in the territory
- Submit timely sales reports and territory updates to senior management
Requirements
- Qualification: B.Sc (Agriculture or related field preferred)
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in Sales (Agri-inputs/Agrology sector preferred)
- Areas of Operation: Himachal Pradesh
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong territory management and planning abilities
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in the field
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bhatinda and surrounding areas
