Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Lead located in Kanpur. The Territory Sales Lead will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing daily sales operations and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while implementing effective strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams to analyze metrics and optimize processes will also be a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales and Sales Operations
- Proven ability in Customer Satisfaction and Relationship Building
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate a team
- Data analysis proficiency to evaluate sales performance and trends
- Experience in the logistics or transportation sector is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Willingness to work on-site in Kanpur and adapt to local market dynamics
