Role Description
The Territory Sales Lead role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hoshiarpur. This role involves driving sales activities, achieving territory targets, building relationships with clients, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The Territory Sales Lead will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and serving as a key point of contact for existing and potential clients. The role requires dedication to ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day sales activities within the assigned territory.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Operations, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Relationship Building skills to foster and maintain client trust
- Excellent Communication skills for effective engagement with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
- Experience in managing and optimizing field-based sales operations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
