Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a Territory Sales Incharge specializing in consumer lighting. The role includes managing and increasing sales within the assigned territory, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing training to dealers and distributors, and ensuring consistent delivery of excellent customer service. The role also requires analyzing market trends, implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Customer Service experience to build and sustain long-term client relationships
- Ability to provide training and support to dealers, distributors, and team members
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the lighting or electrical industry is an added advantage
