Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Incharge located in Baghpat. The Territory Sales Incharge will be responsible for managing sales activities in the assigned territory, building strong relationships with customers, driving revenue growth, and providing training to clients or team members as required. The individual will also ensure excellent customer service and oversee sales operations effectively to meet set targets and goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in sales and sales management
- Customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and support
- Experience in conducting training sessions and guiding team members
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Familiarity with financial/digital payment services is an added advantage
- Educational qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial
