Role Description
The Territory Sales Incharge will be responsible for managing sales operations and driving revenue growth within the allocated territory. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service, and identifying growth opportunities. The candidate will oversee sales targets, conduct regular market analysis, and provide training to sales teams. This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Ahmedabad, with the flexibility to work from home as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and handle inquiries effectively
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience to achieve and exceed targets within the territory
- Ability to train and mentor sales teams for improved performance and goal achievement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities
- Proficiency in business tools such as CRMs, reporting software, and MS Office applications
- Proven ability to work independently in a hybrid environment while being results-driven
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the furniture or similar consumer goods industry is an advantage
