Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Incharge based in Coimbatore. The role includes developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and identifying growth opportunities within the assigned territory. The Territory Sales Incharge will actively engage in customer visits, provide product recommendations, offer training, and ensure sustained sales growth. The role demands close collaboration with internal teams and clients to achieve sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and address their technical and business needs.
- Proven ability in Sales, Sales Management, and hitting or exceeding sales targets within a defined territory or market segment.
- Experience in Training clients or internal teams on product features and applications to ensure optimal product utilization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders in complex business environments.
- A bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field is required.
- Prior experience in the chemical or oil & gas industry is an added advantage.
