Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Incharge based in Ernakulam. The Territory Sales Incharge will be responsible for managing and growing sales in the assigned territory by meeting sales targets, identifying and acquiring prospective customers, and maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients. They will oversee distributors, develop and implement sales strategies, and train and motivate the sales team. The role also involves gathering market insights, ensuring proper implementation of marketing strategies, and maintaining up-to-date records of sales activities.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales, Sales Management, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and distributors.
- Experience in Training and motivating sales teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to drive business growth in the territory.
- Proven track record in the FMCG industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using sales reporting tools and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
