Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Territory Sales Incharge based in Surat, with some flexibility for remote work. The Territory Sales Incharge will oversee sales operations, manage relationships with distributors and customers, and ensure sales targets are achieved. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying sales opportunities, developing and executing growth strategies, training distributors, providing exceptional customer service, and handling queries. The individual's efforts will directly contribute to expanding the company's market presence and achieving sales excellence in the assigned territory.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and achieve targets
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain and enhance relationships with clients and distributors
- Experience in Training and coaching sales teams or distributors for better performance
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop new sales strategies
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in local languages of the territory is an advantage
- Willingness to travel as needed within the assigned territory
