Role Description
The Territory Sales Executive (TSE) will be responsible for driving B2B sales growth within the assigned territory through client acquisition, relationship management, and business development activities. The role primarily focuses on promoting CPL Diagnostics’ diagnostic and referral laboratory services to doctors, hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, collection centres, and healthcare providers.
The candidate will play a key role in expanding CPL’s B2B network and promoting the organization’s FOFO (Franchise Owned Franchise Operated) business model across the North-Eastern region.
This is a field-oriented role requiring regular client visits, territory travel, and strong relationship-building capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare partners
- Promote CPL Diagnostics’ diagnostic services and referral laboratory solutions
- Generate new business leads and convert them into active clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management
- Promote CPL’s FOFO business expansion model to prospective entrepreneurs and healthcare partners
- Conduct regular field visits and territory mapping activities
- Maintain proper reporting of daily sales activities and client interactions
- Collect market intelligence regarding competitors, pricing, and customer expectations
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service support
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for smooth client servicing
- Participate in promotional activities, business meetings, and healthcare events
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in sales, lead generation, negotiation, and business development
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills
- Strong analytical and market research abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with diagnostics, pathology laboratory services, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry will be preferred
- Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office Suite is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Candidates from Pharma MR / Diagnostic Sales background are encouraged to apply
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory is mandatory
