Role Description

The Adie Broswon Group is seeking a highly motivated full-time Territory Sales Executive to join our team. This on-site role is based in Churu and involves managing and expanding sales operations within the assigned territory. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing timely feedback to the management team. The Territory Sales Executive will also be responsible for market analysis and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Strategy and Client Relationship Management
• Experience with Market Analysis, Demand Forecasting, and Business Development
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office applications
• Previous experience in FMCG, alcohol, or beverage industries is preferred
• Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs within the region
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
