- You have an existing network of doctors, clinic owners, or healthcare professionals in your territory.
- You enjoy building long-term relationships and generating business through field visits.
- You are comfortable with a field sales role involving regular travel within your assigned territory.
Candidates without healthcare field sales experience may not be suitable for this role.
Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and relationship-driven Territory Sales Executive to expand our presence among doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers.
This is a field sales role that requires daily visits to clinics and healthcare establishments. The ideal candidate should have prior experience interacting with doctors, building professional relationships, generating leads through field activities, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit doctors, clinics, polyclinics, and healthcare establishments daily within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinic owners, and healthcare decision-makers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Demonstrate and present Medycn Prime’s Patient Management Software to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up on leads, conduct product discussions, and close sales opportunities.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor information from the field.
- Provide customer feedback to help improve products and services.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Healthcare Sales, Medical Representative, Pharma Sales, Diagnostic Sales, Medical Device Sales, or Healthcare Software Sales.
- Experience meeting doctors, clinics, hospitals, or healthcare professionals as part of a field sales role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to generate business through field activities and personal networking.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM or sales tracking tools.
