Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Territory Sales Executive to expand our market presence and drive sales growth. The candidate will play a key role in promoting our products, building strong customer relationships, and supporting farmers with sustainable agricultural solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory
Maintain and strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, and farmers
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Promote and demonstrate company products to customers
Conduct field visits, farmer meetings, and product trials
Analyze market trends and competitor activities
Provide regular feedback and reports to management
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and business development
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Knowledge or experience in agriculture/agri-input industry (preferred)
Good problem-solving and planning abilities
Ability to conduct market research and analyze trends
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture / Business / Marketing or related field (preferred)
Willingness to travel extensively
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
