Role Description
This is a full-time remote opportunity for the role of Territory Sales Executive. The Territory Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with retailers, and identifying new business opportunities within the assigned area. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, managing distributor and retail accounts, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring proper product visibility at retail points. The role also involves regular field visits, market analysis, and collaborating with the marketing team for promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Sales and Client Management skills, including account handling, relationship building, and meeting sales targets.
- Market Analysis and Trend Identification skills to monitor competition and opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Understanding and experience in Distribution Management and Retail Operations to ensure optimal product placement and availability.
- Proficient communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities with an aptitude for working independently.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within FMCG or retail sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory to meet business objectives.
