Job Description:-
● Minimum 1-5 years of proven sales track record and ability to meet targets.
● Lead generation through prospecting referral and web researches
● Should have an interest in Business Development (B2C/ B2B) for Software Application Products
/solutions.
● Meet prospective clients, execute effective product demonstrations, and emphasize product features and
benefits with a focus on the value of the solution.
● Capabilities of selling Hardware IOT devices
● Meet with Committee Members of Apartments and Societies,accounting services partners and builders to
understand the scope of business and their expectations.
● Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for Sales Opportunities and lead conversions.
● Ability to do product demonstrations to higher level authorities
● Onboarding new apartments on the NoBrokerHood platform will be a major KRA.
● Researching potential leads from the open market, web searches, or digital resources.
Mandatory requirements for this position
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Should be proficient in English and Regional language (knowing the regional language of the job location
will be a plus).
● Should be comfortable working on weekends(Sat & Sun compulsory working), with a week off on Monday.
● Effective presentation and negotiation skills.
● Hands-on MS Office Excel, Word & PPT, etc.
● Ability to handle CRM softwares
● A valid driver’s license(DL) with a two-wheeler/four-wheeler as this role requires you to be on the field.
● Geographical knowledge of the job location is an added advantage.
