FMC is looking for a dynamic sales professional to drive Sales & Demand Generation in the Crop Protection / Agrochemical industry.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve territory sales, liquidation & collection targets
• Drive demand generation across key crops and products
• Manage channel partners, distributors & retailer network
• Conduct field demonstrations, farmer meetings & branding activities
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Forecast SKU-wise sales and maintain accurate reporting
• Utilize digital platforms & social media for market awareness
🔹 Skills & Experience:
• B.Sc Agriculture / M.Sc Agriculture
• 2–3 years of experience in Crop Protection / Agrochemical Sales
• Strong understanding of crop & pest dynamics
• Dealer management and customer relationship skills
• Good analytical, communication & market development abilities
• Proficiency in local language is mandatory; English preferred
• Good knowledge of MS Office
