Role Description
The Territory Manager - Franchise Acquisition will be responsible for driving franchise growth and expanding business presence in Amravati. This on-site, full-time role includes identifying potential franchise partners, building strong relationships, and managing the franchise acquisition process. The role will involve conducting market research, creating business plans, and providing exceptional customer service. The Territory Manager will also collaborate with sales teams to meet acquisition targets and ensure operational alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Business Planning abilities
- Proficiency in Sales Operations and a track record of achieving targets
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Proven experience in franchise acquisition, business development, or sales is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred
- Willingness to work on-site in Amravati
