Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Manager, based in Madurai. The Territory Manager will oversee regional sales activities, manage client relationships, and drive the growth of Rivarp Medical’s products within their assigned territory. Key responsibilities include developing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, providing product demonstrations, and collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs. The role involves engaging with healthcare professionals, monitoring market trends, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development: Proven experience in sales, territory management, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals, clients, and stakeholders.
- Communication and Presentation: Excellent communication skills, including the ability to lead product demonstrations and deliver persuasive presentations.
- Marketing and Market Analysis: Familiarity with medical device marketing, analyzing market trends, and creating strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical and critical thinking skills to address customer needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple clients and projects in a dynamic work environment.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field preferred; prior experience in the medical device industry is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the territory to meet clients and generate business opportunities.
