Role Description
The Territory Manager will actively manage sales operations and channels in the Hisar region, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, implementing marketing and sales strategies, monitoring market trends, and addressing customer needs. Additionally, the Territory Manager will oversee inventory management, support product launches, and generate periodic sales and performance reports. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hisar, requiring consistent engagement with team members, partners, and customers.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong analytical skills, including Market Research and Strategy Development
- Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Team Leadership abilities
- Experience in Channel Management and Distribution Operations
- Understanding of Inventory Management and Retail Operations
- Proven experience in meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work on-site in Hisar and travel within the assigned territory as needed
- Experience in the consumer durables industry is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
