Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Manager based in Nashik. The Territory Manager is responsible for managing sales territories, meeting sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing technical support to address customer needs. Duties also include conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, and preparing reports on sales performance and market trends.
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills, including territory management and target achievement
- Experience building and maintaining client relationships
- Proficiency in market research and analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Technical understanding of industrial machinery or fluid engineering solutions is an advantage
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
