Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Territory Manager. The responsibilities involve developing and maintaining client relationships, driving sales growth within the assigned territory, conducting market research, and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives. The Territory Manager will monitor market trends, provide insights for strategic planning, and ensure alignment with business goals. Maintaining reports, coordinating with the internal team, and addressing customer needs will also be an integral part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Ability to perform market research and leverage trends to implement effective sales strategies
- Proficiency in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing and coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs
- Capability to analyze sales data and prepare comprehensive reports
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with the specialty chemicals industry is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
