Position Title-Territory Manager
Work Location- Kolkata
Education Qualification:- Engineering Graduate (Mechanical, Production, Machine tool)/ Diploma in mechanical Engineering. MBA ( Marketing ) from recognized University will be added advantage.
Experience:
Around minimum 5 years’ experience in sales in industrial market
Knowledge of working with bearing manufacturer will be added advantage.
Handling of OEM/distribution business.
Key Responsibilities/ Job Role
Drive profitable growth of the area and achieve business results for Sales Segment in India as per the Business Plan & Score Card.
Pricing negotiation as per company guideline for products to customers
Planning and forecasting of products to be sold in coming quarters
Increase the share of business with current customers & grow new prospect/ opportunities
Knowledge in preparation of Techno commercial proposal
Meeting the key metrics of business development in alignment with Sales Target
Appointment of right distributor
Strategy to target customers.
Customer penetration Strategies.
Techno-Commercial discussions with customers
Sales Budget of next year and forecasting of next month
Mapping the opportunity by mining the current customers, hunting the new customers in the assigned region/ geographic area.
Ensuring timely payment collection & monitoring DSO
Prepare & submit weekly/monthly reports on Sales & Collection activity
Gather market insights & competition portfolio, activities.
