Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Territory Manager. The Territory Manager will oversee and manage sales activities within an assigned territory, build and maintain relationships with farmers and distributors, and identify growth opportunities. Responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, providing technical knowledge about the company’s products, and offering actionable feedback to internal teams. The role requires a hands-on approach to monitoring market trends, maintaining customer satisfaction, and representing the company at agricultural events or trade shows.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales management, customer relationship-building, and territory planning
- Understanding of agricultural products, including biologicals, specialty fertilizers, and crop protection solutions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying market opportunities and addressing customer challenges
- Experience in the agriculture and farming sector is a strong advantage
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, especially in remote settings
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
