Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Manager, located in Indore. The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing and growing sales within a designated territory. Daily tasks include building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, implementing sales strategies, preparing sales reports, and meeting revenue targets. The Territory Manager will also collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product alignment.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, including the ability to build client relationships and identify opportunities
- Strong understanding of Marketing strategies and experience in implementing them effectively within a specified region
- Knowledge of medical devices, specifically within the fields of Anesthesia and Critical Care, is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in preparing reports and providing insights
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively to meet sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is an advantage
