Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Manager located in Warangal. The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving business growth within the assigned territory by developing and maintaining relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and identifying opportunities to expand the customer base. Responsibilities include leading a team, formulating strategies to enhance revenue performance, monitoring market trends, ensuring adherence to banking policies, and delivering a high standard of customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and achieving revenue targets
- Experience in Team Leadership, Relationship Management, and Customer Service
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to address diverse business needs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and client satisfaction
- Knowledge of banking products and services across Retail, Corporate, MSME, and Agricultural sectors
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards and financial industry practices
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
- Prior experience in banking or financial services would be beneficial
