Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Officer located in Coimbatore. The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, maintaining and enhancing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth sales operations. Additional responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, assisting with channel sales, and collaborating with teams to meet revenue targets. This role requires proactive communication with clients and stakeholders to deliver tailored sales solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to effectively engage and build lasting relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales Operations to identify new business opportunities and maintain efficient sales workflows.
- Experience in Channel Sales with a demonstrated ability to manage and collaborate across multiple sales channels.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivation, a team-oriented approach, and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales or sales-related roles, ideally within a similar industry, is an added advantage.
