Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Territory Manager role based in Kochi. The Territory Manager will be responsible for overseeing business operations and sales activities within a specified territory. Key responsibilities include creating and managing sales plans, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities, ensuring outstanding customer service, and achieving targeted business goals. The role also requires active collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive strategy execution and optimize market penetration efforts.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Sales and Business Development, with experience in creating and closing leads.
- Solid skills in Relationship Management, Stakeholder Engagement, and Customer Service Excellence.
- Understanding of Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Territory Management practices.
- Ability to handle targets effectively and work within deadline-driven environments.
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Analytical Skills.
- Experience in the financial services industry will be an added advantage.
- Flexibility to travel and handle on-field client interactions as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is required.
