Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Manager, based in Durgapur. The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales and managing relationships within the assigned territory. Key duties include developing strategic sales plans, achieving sales and revenue targets, building and maintaining relationships with distributors and retailers, conducting market analysis to identify business opportunities, and providing feedback to the internal sales team to enhance performance. The role also involves managing inventory levels, organizing product promotions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders
- Proficiency in market analysis, territory management, and strategic planning
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple responsibilities
- Familiarity with electrical products or a background in the electrical industry is a plus
- Proven ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
